So the issue here is that you feel excluded by the current system but you want to be able to take part in this system?
I'm on the fence for this situation, I'd say I support this if there is a sizable number of people who can benefit from it. If not then I do not feel it is worth the time to add extra options since in my opinion I feel none covers the fact that one doesn't fit in the female/male classification

Actually, there are a lot of non-binary people out there so I think a large amount of people could easily benefit from this.

As said I support it if there are going to be people who use it haha. But yeah that's nice to get clarified ^_^

I think the „Other” option instead of the current „None” would cover it up just fine. This can be easily altered by modifying the translation of the text, but each community would have to change the translation in that case.

but i think adding THIS would mean that transformice would need to add all the other genders which might be overwhelming,, :/ plus, the 'other' option covers it up p well.

Maybe changing 'none' to 'other'. Other can include none, among many other things.

I don't think changing none to other would be that smart considering then you can't use 'none' to show no gender on your profile.

None is probably a subset of other while other isn't a subset of none.

Maybe change "None" to "Other", but then also allow people to deselect a gender option altogether.

While technically "None" may be a subset of "Other", it's clear here that even if people here who are knowledgeable about this kind of thing have to debate it, the majority of the community won't understand. I think for the majority of players' sake it'd be better to make a distinction.

I also think a tick box, rather than a radio button would be better. For those who don't know, that means rather than having to select one (be it male female or none) you would have the option of selecting none, one, or more than one. I'd rather not tick any of them. And the people who feel the need to express themselves as more than one or somewhere inbetween could select both.
