There are three main places you can use these codes:

Customising shop items
Customising your username's chat bubble and shaman color
Customising certain items in the map editor

Under the "Customisation Tutorial" tab, it explains in more detail
e. edited the miscellaneous colours tab layout to split the codes between general, in-game and forums. proper headers for that will happen when i have the time
