It is a pity because the consumable is not the problem, it is in fact going to be one of my favorites. I have always dreamed of drawing on the map like how the admins do.

I dislike how people are saying to just leave the public rooms and avoid yourself from the crowd because you are isolating yourself. As much as I agree on "Don't like it, then don't go/play there", if it takes up to most of the game, than isn't it a pity?

THE GAME IS NOT THE PROBLEM, its the COMMUNITY, and sickening people like them should not RUIN the beauty of this creative game.

A totem is different, it allows more room for interpretation. How is this game still PG-13 if you literally allow someone to draw anything on the map?
The concept of the consumable is not bad but the community will never learn how to behave appropriately. There are many different ways to allow someone use a such consumable, like a special prize that is hard to obtain or something, but not available to everyone.
Admins have always had the possibility to draw on maps, mods were told they would never get this feature because it could be 'abused', and now suddenly it's ok for all players to have it?

I'm now speaking for my community, but 90% of the time it's unmoderated and we have trouble finding new staff so even if you implement a moderation system for it, there would be no difference. The community itself was already chaotic enough, this is just going to make it worse for me as a mod. Also, from the perspective of a parent, I wouldn't feel comfortable with seeing all the inappropriate stuff on my child's screen.

The drawbacks of this consumable outweigh the advantages, so yes, I want it removed as well, or at least not give this feature to absolutely every single player.

even though this game is 13+ recommended, anything that is sexual, racist, targeting, etc is against the rules and the paintbrush tool is an easy way around those rules since it cannot be properly moderated

Add a feature to be able to highlight the drawing with the mouse to see who drew it, thus making the drawings reportable and bannable.

E: Also, yes I agree with some of the things mentioned here. It's possible to circumvent the language filter by drawing obscene words on screen making it inappropriate for our younger audience seeing they're supposed to be able to avoid all this language by switching on the language filter.

Perhaps it might expose people to profanity before the issue is actually resolved, but the TOS is there to make people liable for what they should be expecting to see in-game; it's not our problem if they see things they shouldn't before it's removed.

Well, the T&C clearly mentions that some parts of the game (without specifying which parts) are not suitable for players under the age of 18. Of course you can dispute that section and wether or not it fully applies to this but if you take that into account, this paint brush consumable really isn't that shocking.

Lmao. Please, this is a joke, isn't it?
The female chest is vilified. It is sexual and wrong in the eyes of many.
It's also worth noting that breasts are not comparable to penises at ALL. The breast is not a sexual organ, whereas the penis is.

I understand the concept of "it's just the human body," and I'm one of those many people who believes the body shouldn't be sexualised at all.
But the issue is it is, and the other issue is that many children are playing this game from all walks of life. They shouldn't be exposed to something that makes them uncomfortable. The paint brush was a good idea in theory, but there's a reason that tools to draw on the screen have stayed admin-only for nearly six years. So you can try to spout "OH BUT IT'S JUST THE BODY" all you want, but the issue is that while yes, it is just the body, it is not the body to everybody and you should respect that rather than try to push people out of their comfort zone.
If you even want to go down the Tumblr-esque walk of life, consider asexuals/the sex repulsed, who are bugged by penis drawings.

Count me as a support, obviously. An option for it to disappear after a few seconds or maybe even be client sided would be best in my eyes.
