Same, I recently decided to return to Transformice, and all my customizations and items are gone
I bought some replacement items though, so hopefully when they fix it I didn't mess it up
All my furs are gone too, so that's kind of upsetting :P

I am a long time without logging into the game, I now log in and I have no more item No, spent money for Getting sos items, please help

We're still gathering info about this bug. We monitor this closely, so don't worry you'll get your customizations back, even if we end up having to give you fraises back by hand. (we'd rather find the bug and automate this though)

I've checked a few accounts with the problem and it seems they all got their customizations back :)

Please report here if you have any more problem I could've missed about this issue.

Kudos to Meli for stepping right in and putting peoples' minds at ease when they're worrying about stuff they've spent moneys on, rather than leaving them in the dark till it "fixes itself"

Props to silver for hearing someone's on the case and patiently waiting, knowing someone is on it, rather than posting the "this is STILL happening! when will this be fix?!?!" posts every few hours
