Cheese furs only

Its like the 4001 helm, something you need to earn. I think its about time we got more content like this, I hope to see more of it.

I've always wanted a cheese only fur, I don't want to play a game thats basically "pay to win". And the expensive prices are just to keep the players farming and playing. Sure the "buy a fur to unlock another" thing is pretty annoying, but tbh the furs aren't even that pretty. I think the fire fur is ridiculous compared to the other furs you can buy with fraises. It's cool to have a fur most players cant afford, just like owning the 4001 ear item. Because it's rare. :)

By the way, most of my "old player" friends don't even have 5k cheese in bank, so that point is moot. These furs are about saving up, not being old.

Im not rich, I have a good pc (That i bought with my own money btw), but awful internet. Its not about being rich, thats very few people, its about supporting the game and its company financially. Also furs, since the removal of the collector's system at least, are all able to be bought with cheese.

In my opinion, items for only cheese is a different thing, since fraises hasn't always been around, I personally think it's more reasonable to have cheese only items and they aren't nearly as expensive as well. Let's say you'd want to get the fire fur for 15k cheese, you'd need to gather a minimum of 30k cheese. Okay, maybe it's just fine that the furs are cheese only, but the prices are too high after all. A whole lot of people do not have the time to farm 30k cheese and who knows, by the time they reach 15k they might not like this game anymore (Depending on how long it take). Also, a lot of people are having a lot of work with school, finals, job and other stuff going on in their life, I do not believe that barely 50% of tfm's members have the time to gather 30k cheese. They are obviously not going to make the furs available with fraises, but they could at least make them cheaper and that you are able to buy them all at the same time! I think it's ridiculous that you have to unlock the furs.

I think they should be available in fraises, at least. Not everyone can buy fraises, so of course keep the cheese cost (but 15k for the fire fur is a bit ridiculous). Perhaps lower the cheese cost a bit, though? It costs 30k cheese in total to unlock all three furs. It's a quite insane. Although furs being cheese only do encourage players to actually play the game, it's a little bit too much pushing. Cheesefarming can get a bit boring after awhile, and if you really want those furs, all of them, you better get farming and save for at least 6 months or more if you're gonna have 30k cheese in shop.

If the furs' prices will be lowered, players who have bought the furs would be disappointed, unless the cheese that was paid would be given back.

I personally think they could make them available with fraises, but have them cost a bit more than the other ''regular'' furs or simply lower the prices with cheese and make all three of them buyable at the same time. It does get pretty boring after farming for a while, at least for a lot of people that I know. Considering you would want to actually have time to play the game as well, farming 24/7 isn't an option for majority of the players.

That wouldn't be more than fair, giving the cheese back to those who have already bought them, I agree that if they are being lowered the cheese should be returned.

I did not mean that all the cheese would be returned, I meant that let's say they lowered the fire cheese by 2000 cheese, that 2000 cheese paid should be returned, otherwise it would be really unfair.

I never said it's about old players, the admins made the furs mainly for the old players, to make them want to play again. It is written in the thread about the coins.

I have not bought any in-game items or extra content or anything like that with real money for any game in my life. I think it is a good thing that there are cheese-only furs. 30k is much cheese but it is not impossible to get those furs. I have played almost 2 years and I have gathered over 29k cheese and I don't even play that much in my opinion. I know people who have gathered over 30k and they have played about 6 months. I have bought 3 furs and I have 6,6k cheese at the moment. Then there are those people who have gathered about 5k cheese but already have almost every fur. Maybe there should be 3 furs for fraises only too, so everyone can be happy? I think I will buy these furs just because these can be bought only with cheese.

Edit: People who buy fraises do not have a disadvantage, they can still buy those furs with cheese, just like people who do not buy fraises :D

Merriam-Webster: disadvantage: "something that makes someone or something worse or less likely to succeed than others". So the cheese-only feature does not give a disadvantage to people, who buy fraises, because they can still buy those furs like everyone else, with cheese :) And of course you want to get something if you pay money. There are a lot of items that you can buy with fraises. As I said, maybe there should be furs for fraises-only too, so people can stop complaining. If there was fraises-only furs, I would be ok with that. If I wanted them, I could just buy fraises then.

As said as before, not everyone are allowed to buy fraises BUT they are still able to get the fur, now as for the people who support the game by paying real money, why should they have a disadvantage. It would actually make sense to have fraises only furs, since we are supporting this game by using our real money, it's a choice to buy or not, some people are not allowed, I know, though some do choose not to buy. In my opinion, buying something on a game with your real money should give you an advantage, it doesn't make sense for it not to.

I thought the same as you! 3k for the wind, 6k for the fire and 9k for the leaf furs are better (this way you can gather 18k of cheese total than 30k), since the challenge for them is slightly lighter than gathering the total of the current amount of cheese...

I think the cheese cost for the fire fur is a little too high. If they all cost 5k cheese, it wouldn't be so bad.

Definitely against the cheese only furs. I can understand the hats. I worked hard for the 4,001 hat in the past, and I started saving for the 3,001 hat they recently released. It was rather disheartening when they started releasing the cheese only furs. Especially since I'm an avid fur badge collector.

I guess I already give up on farming cheese since they keep adding more that I know will definitely be impossible for me. It's a shame since I really liked these furs. Lol.

Edit: And I can understand the accomplishment some players may feel for having a fur that their fraises-buying friends can't obtain, but with fraises people can still easily perform their random acts of kindness and gift someone a fur that they thought they'd never get.

I've had mini giveaways, and have gifted a few random players some furs and other items they really wanted. This cannot be done with these types of things. :/
