/support We have Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Epiphany as official events. We have Independence Day, Bastille Day, India's Independence Day as LUA events. But they aren't celebrated by everyone, so I don't see the problem for it becoming an official/LUA event played every year (like Children's Day Event) Dernière modification le 1484383080000 |

This thread isn't about religions, it's about traditions and culture. This event will be about symbolism, just like any other event. It's good to have something like this. |

Contrary to previous posts, religion is already in this game. I think adding a bit diversity of different religions/cultures would be good. |

No support. While you could argue that the Christmas event is Christian, in reality the events have very little to do with religious practices and more to do with the secular, consumerist event. It effectively serves as a holiday in the western world regardless of your religious beliefs. A children's mouse game is no place to inject your politics and religious beliefs, which is obviously your goal considering you accuse anyone of disagreeing with you of being a racist. By the way, Islam isn't a race. |

Badhugs a dit : Yeah now I agree with this. I'm neither Christian and nor Muslim. I felt like Christians do not make anything so "religious". They do understand other religions. If a country is secular, what non-muslims do is they try to respect other religions and not forcing others the beliefs. But Muslims try to propagate their religion and ideals as much as they can. Indirectly they abuse their rights. Technically they try to establish that their religion is supreme. I'm afraid that the same thing will happen in this game. Even though it will be one and only event, they may try to abuse it as maximum as they can. So I am afraid it may lead to worse situation. I am saying it from my real life experiences. I am not blaming Islam completely. I do have good Muslim friends. I feel sad because they don't know that they are being hurting us unknowingly. |
