Oh I was thinking I didn't get the 200 cheese for my crappy 3rd place but then I thought I just hadn't noticed I got it. I guess I really didn't. I wasn't even aware we were supposed to contact her about it.

I guess getting the cheese late is still better than not getting the cheese at all. Fun story: First contest I entered I won 3rd place, but I didn't get cheese. Because they had the wrong name, they thought the maker was Impuredeal.

Anyways, after one day of trying and asking around (while Sydo was online), I gave up on trying to claim my 200 cheese.
I managed to sneak a whisper to Loukno yesterday as well, but I never recieved a reply.

I have only received January's cheese prize and the double shaman map from december. It would be nice if the admins could find a way to give cheese to offline users, that would save a lot of work to everyone.

It'd be nice if they used /code for these types of things. The Map Crew could be handed a few cheese codes each month for their contests and they can be given out, what the user does with them is their prerogative, but it surely takes plenty of the work off of Sydoline. ^^

I doubt it would happen. /fromage was taken away from smods because of massive abuse, I don't think the admins would want to risk that again. What would be better is if the admins could do it without the users being online, so as soon as the winners was announced someone could give Sydo a list of the winners and it could be done quickly and easily.

What did /fromage do?

Sounds like the mapcontest crew should remove the cheese price. If the winners don't get it or only after hours of annoying Sydoline, its not really a price anyway.

Well It is not something which would be on her mind ofcourse. She has other things to do. So I guess every now and then she gets reminded, and then tries to gift everyone. But ofcourse she is not doing it intentially.

Also, maybe the new community managers are able to gift cheese. So they could take this over. Just a suggestion.

I agree with the offline thing, its hard to contact people because of the time difference.

I didn't received, and I won in February.

I think Sydoline will give them the prize, i think...
