I am looking forward to the outcome of this. I hope that they take more attention of picking out less animal-based furs, as this is just becoming a tiring trend, and I would take some food based ones or outside the box approaches as long as the execution is good. im not sure if this is a unpopular opinion, but out of overall experience all this time im more hopeful they will be more lenient towards this direction.

You can submit one free theme fur and one anniversary fur, maximum. There should be no problem if you submit only one fur for one of the two categories. It would not make sense to disqualify you. But let's wait for an official response to be 100% certain.

The Cheshire cat fur was designed, and suggested, before the create a fur contest even came out. Meli chose the fur without being aware that the same person who designed it ended up submitting it to the contest.

Just my opinion but it should have been a rule that said you have to design the fur specifically for the contest in order to avoid things like this.

If you only enter with one fur, that is completely ok! You don't need to create a birthday fur if you don't feel like to.

The creator has been given the fur by Melibellule, as any new items are usually given to the proper creators. The fur has been suggested in the Shop Item Thread before and it has caught the attention of the admins, thus being added to the shop. This means that the fur will not be participating in the contest (of course).

Damn poacher Meli, stealing our contest furs... Oh wait, that's the main goal of it after all, haha. Just tell her to at least wait for a month, until the jury votes! Add some pokemons or something in the meantime, shoo!
