Hullo people, I finally got Paint Tool Sai, I got off this random website and it was only a one day trial, I have a problem, I know I'm about to sound very stupid but idk how to draw, nothing happens if I click and drag, here's a pic of what mine looks like, can you maybe tell me something I need to click?

Yeah I personally have lost a lot of faith and trust in Softonic after I almost got a trojan from them. I'd recommend downloading it directly from it's creators.

Yeah, you have to open a new canvas.

(About the trial = Sorry I'm french so maybe you won't understand somes things :s)
In others, you can find the system ID, inside it, you have normaly a code.
If you got it, go to this site and there is a link where you will can buy Paint tool Sai.

Care : It was how I did, but as I can see, you didn't had the same version (I had 30 days trial and you only one). Also, in this site, you will have to buy in Yuan (japanese's money), you need a credit card and the price depends of the Yuan's conversion (it's about 50 €).

EDIT : I think I downloaded it in the same site... It's strange :s.

if the file did contain any malware, it's probably too late lol (and uninstalling sai won't get rid of it)

however, i'd suggest downloading the 30 day free trial from the official website, because it gives you a longer trial period.

Well I just typed it "Paint Tool Sai: in my search bar and I clicked that link, it never said a 1 day trial so :P

How did you "almost" get a trojan from it? And was it Paint Tool Sai? Lol sorry I'm not trying to sound like I'm correcting you or anything.

so guys, is there like a thing you can use to merge drawings together in sai? sort of like the import as layers function in gimp. i'm trying everything but I guess sai just doesn't have this option? which would be very strange considering it has more functions than gimp does, i'd thought it'd have this simple thing..

you can always export photoshop > open in gimp > do shit > export back to photoshop > open in sai
