This feature can be abused, plus there are different alternatives like changing the permissions/rank of a specific member to prevent him from inviting people or somewhat else, if you really do not like a member then you can just kick him/her, and if you get to really invite him/her back by mistake you can always use the kick feature so this is a unnecessary suggestion for me.

Because there could be hacks that remove perma-ban or tempban, so that's because i /half support.

There is no such thing as hacking. Well there is but you can't hack accounts.

this might not be a good idea because what if your own tribe member kicks the rest of your tribe members permanently.

I think that a log entry showing who invited the person would be more useful, instead of just telling us who joined the tribe it also telling us who actually invited them, so if abuse happens we know the culprit and can take further action, such as removing the persons rights/demoting/kicking the person abusing etc etc.

Everyone, OP says you could lift a permaban if you accidently do it. I think only leader should be able to permaban/unpermaban.

If this gets implemented, can we also have it to where itll block people from the same IP from joining the tribe? Say if someone makes an alt after they are banned from the tribe it will also not let their alt in either?

I don't see any negatives to this. How could you possible abuse the system? If the leader doesn't like someone then they can just kick them out so they won't be trouble at all.
But I don't like the prospect of being 'kicked'. Like I just said, it sounds like you want a tribe blacklist to be made and I think that's a much better idea to manage/handle. If it's able to be edited by different ranks, that would be pretty cool.
I'll stop now because it sounds like I'm trying to take over the suggestion by now hehe
