I mostly just do weird shade lines coming from both ends of the hair. There should be less shading in the center. Then I use a water tool on the shading and eraser tool with low opacity to make the hair a bit more realistic. After I'm done with the multiply layer, I use luminosity layer for the glow. I might make a tutorial someday C:
