This morning, I went to my training room to practice shamming and I used a blue nail on one but it didn't go in the right direction. It just went straight, so whenever I use the blue nail it won't let me go diagonal. (or however you spell it)

You unlock "Rookie" at one bootcamp, for example.
Let's say the max amount of bootcamps is 1,000.
When you get your 1,001st bootcamp, you get Rookie and a star.
