It's not possible because they have to accept the request when online.

For some users, they seemed to cause lag; so it was removed to improve performance.

You can go to utility and !map # for your desired map, then !shaman if you're not shaman and finally !time 99999 or however much time you want.

Once selected mayors, they will automatically run for the presidential elections and they will be the ones who elect one of the mayors. This second phase also lasts one week. Each community will have its own mayor and its own president.
