Yes you should be able to..

Fun fact:
Most android devices were able to access the flash forms aswell as long as flash was installed.

You could if you had flash player but on my phone at least it was incredibly messy. Anyway iPhones should work too now

According to that^

The game not loading properly has nothing to do with the future shaman update, admins would be out of the office even then they would more than likely tell us that the game is going down for a couple of minutes

Server's been laggy, sounds like a satellite issue.
