Mods when did i hack? it said "You have been banned for 202 hour for the following reason: Hack (last warning before account deletion)" is my hack the vamp fur? but i saved 10 furs each 10 vamp 10 tree fur and 10 penguin on the halloween and christmas event.saving it for special occassion but i wasted cause its odd number vamp fur was 11.
PLS UNBAN ME.

I often get banned in transformice for the reason "Hack" even though I don't even hack. Recently I got banned again, but I was only in a utility room testing Lua script games with my friend. And I suddenly got disconnected while typing something. I tried to log in again but it said I was banned for 360 hours for the reason Hack. Please help .-.

None of you are banned on your accounts, you are all either using a proxy/VPN that has been banned or you are using a computer or network of computers that someone else has been banned on.

When someone is banned, their IP is also banned too. Think of an IP address like a physical address for a house in order for mail to be delivered to; every computer gets it's own IP address and uses it to send and receive information over networks. If someone creates an account and uses it to hack on a computer (Lets call it computer A) then both that account and computer A's IP address get banned. If someone else comes along and tries to log on with their own account on computer A then they won't be able to access Transformice due to the IP ban too.

I don't know how each of you are connecting to Transformice, however it seems likely that you are all connecting with the same Proxy or public network (For example, a school's network of computers) that someone else has been banned on for hacking. If this is the case, you will need to connect without using the Proxy or log on from home and not the original place that is showing that you are banned. If you get this message from using the same personal computer that is at your home then you will need to talk to whoever it is that has set up your home network for alternatives.

Proxies are fine but expect yourself to be banned because they're used regularly by hackers.
