How do you get Buffy to appear?

Impuredeath hasn't been active in game that I know of so he didn't update that map, so it's not Viprin. (Just if anyone else cares to say it is)

The new ground uses ID 15, which previously was an invalid ground since it didn't exist, it looked like wood but had different properties, and map makers used it for their maps. It's an easy enough fix, if you see any permed maps with cobwebs where they shouldn't be, just report them to myself or another Map Crew member.
