Nope.
If you happen to fish that consumable, the game will show you as if you get it, but the number of consumables you have won't increase.

That is a referendum (fancy campaign talk for an event where people vote for a law). In Transformice, it's just a harmless poll that lets the admins see the players' opinions on things. Evilsantah sets a great example of what they should look like.

You need 1000 saves in order to unlock that feature.

No, once you have 1000 saves the next time you log in the feather will be included in your chat menu.

If you're using Divine Mode, you wont be able to use the cloud.
If you're using Hard/Normal Mode, it should be in your item list. It works in an unique way. It doesn't go up/down but it can move from side to side. But, if you rotate it and spawn, it'll be able to go up/down and won't move from left/right.

Ok, I had 995 cheese or so in my amount in shop, I logged off to do some of my chores and watch tv, I just came back on, and when I went to shop after trying to save up for a item. To my surprise, there was only a amount of 460-70 cheese in my amount! I did not tell anyone my password, nor give out any information. Can someone please help me?

Today (09/06/15) a foreign IP has accessed your account. It is possible your account has been compromised and another individual spent your cheese.

I recommend change your password as soon as possible if this was not your own doing (did you log in from a different location?)

You can be sure by trying to check the shop to see if you own any items you didn't before.

If this was not the case - the only way you can lose cheese without spending it is if the automatic hack detection system catches and bans you, which will notify you of a loss of cheese on login (It takes 100, which doesn't match up to your original statement)
