It's not being updated as far as I know. Vulli has stuff going on in real life.

It's chosen in order of who enters the room. Example:

- Haruhitastic enters the room
- Nekoava then joins
- There is an even amount of mice, Nekoava and Haruhitastic are soulmates
- If there's an odd amount, I'll be soulmates with the user who joined before me and you will be alone.

Sydo's level was negative because the admins could give themselves a random number of levels when the skills were implemented. Apparently the number that she chose was too high for the new level system to handle. (So I guess that there is be a level cap at some point but it will take literally decades to hit it.)

I actually roughly know of the back story haha just pointing it out :p
