No, it happens when someone abuses a bug. The abuser can pick and choose who to affect.

How does that work? I understand since it's mostly staff and forum-famous people who I see with it.

Since it happens to be game breaking it's better if it remains unknown imho

Uh I figured it out and did it whoops

Sharing how to do it publicly gets you a ban and is considered bug abuse. You'll find it in your best interest not to toy with it anymore.

Is there a way to catch a bug abuser, especially the ones giving accents to my our names?

Unfortunately there's no easy way to catch them right now, but anyone found abusing it will be given an appropriate sanction.

Is there any reason why admins aren't fixing the bug when considering it's been proved that it breaks the game as well (whispers).
Because it seems my name is now permanently with a smiley-faced U.

how many people have to do /skip in music rooms for a song to be skipped?

Does anybody know how to draw maps like in the circuit. It must be something different from Viprin's editor because the drawings are different and there is background image in some circuit maps. Please help me.
