You can make use of the /ban command with a number of other users to remove unwanted users. There's no way for you yourself singly to remove a user.

It's against the rules when a player uses multiple accounts of their own in a private room to gain firsts. This is considered as using 3rd party software to gain an advantage therefore people who are caught doing this are banned for hacking.

To answer the original question, as far as I can tell these people do not lose their stats but every time they are caught the ban increases.

I meant if we got a group of people to farm, without using 3rd parties.
