Have they done anything regarding first farming? If you get caught it's a 360 hours ban, but you still get to keep everything you farmed, right?

Is this a new rule or what?
Also if it's really a new rule, is there a reason for putting it? Like I don't see how it's going to affect other players.

It's against the rules when a player uses multiple accounts of their own in a private room to gain firsts. This is considered as using 3rd party software to gain an advantage therefore people who are caught doing this are banned for hacking.

To answer the original question, as far as I can tell these people do not lose their stats but every time they are caught the ban increases.

...IF you get caught it won't even matter since you still get to keep everything... like this guy obv farmed 1000+ cheese/firsts, so why not just permaban? (Or at least remove them from his profile)

Here's a list of the current titles in-game (not sure if it's up-to-date but still might be interesting for you).
And of course, as Rosuuri said, you'll need to gather 6000 cheese to get that title.

Personally I would go for fanart if the piece is a comic, the majority of the project will be art based, with the dialogue/text in general taking more of a back seat.

If it was like a written out story with the occasional picture to narrate a single character or event here or there I would put it in the fanfiction section.

No, these are just the hexadecimal colours of the furs so people can match clothing to them when they customise their clothing. :c
