What language is your OS in? If it is English it is possible that could pose a problem as well.

if you change it and it stays the same as the old one, clear your cache (control and F5)

You can ask experienced forum users if you need help on issues like bad formatting, etc.
If there's an error (whether it be internal or something along those lines), it'd be best if you contacted Narayan about it.

Just to see if it'll potentially fix the problem, I'd recommend hard refreshing the forums by performing ctrl + F5.

1) protecting in this way the jp server has led him to death
2) I'd be amazed how devs could care about Jp beng arassed with a spam of "KAWAII DESU NE" and let those rude players free to came into other servers insulting and being racists (comes up to mind people coming in IT saying You are all mafia" or in DE calling every DE player hitler)

I think the one stated above is not the reason sorry not sorry.

Actually, the death of JP has been farmers coming and insulting everyone via whisper.
I'm pretty sure if they took the filter off it'd be even worse. So in a way, it's insulating them a bit.

When JP came out I asked if there's be filters to block "Japanophiles" from speaking, and Sydoline said yes -- so I can only assume that's why the filter has stuck around.
