Hello, I got banned 360 hours for hacking -,- but I didn't hack =You have been banned for 359 hour(s) for the following reason: Hack (last warning before account deletion)= What did I do??? Please fix this... I didn't hack

Eh, I Once Again was banned because of my brother hacker. I am forbidden FOR nine. This kind of thing annoys me THEN IT ban the account because I for 9hrs not Play without USING hack! Help me hope ..

I do not know which mod gave me a warning for my totem, but my totem has been fine for over a year. It is not causing lagging, the lagging in the room was from the room being laggy (as it was before and after I was kicked for 0 minutes and warned). Could someone direct me to the mod in question or something? I've tested the totem extensively, it does not cause lag.

Whispering moderators in-game has proven to be the fastest way of getting reports taken care of. You can see which public moderators are online by friending them or by typing /mod in your chat window. You can, and should, also use /report "name" to report the hacker.

I think I was banned/muted unfairly. What do I do?
The first thing you should do is try to contact the moderator that muted or banned you by using one of the methods listed above. If you aren't sure who did it and you're having trouble contacting any moderators to assist you, feel free to contact us by any means listed above. Be sure to include your username! Complaints about individual moderators can be forwarded to www.transformice.com/contact.

While you weren't banned or muted, you can still use the methods given. The names of the EN mods are listed on the Opening Post of this thread. Also, if you try using IRC, mods are those with the @ symbol, along with the admins and a bot named Papaille. To get their attention since a lot of people idle on IRC, you can either type their name out when you say something, or you can private message them with "/query username", as that can notify them.

That seems ridiculously difficult. Why should I change a totem to satisfy a ghost mod I can't find, when nobody has had a problem with it for over a year?

I mean, I've been in rooms with mods, they've seen my totem, it doesn't lag the room notably more than your average totem.

Because someone does not say anything does not mean it is okay. Sometimes people just do not want to bother or cause fighting. If your totem is a god, it can lag people more than an average totem. Totems like those lag me to death.

Was it a warning for lag or is it something indecent/rude?

No, not a warning for rudeness. Just a warning my totem was lagging people and a 0 minute kick... but the room was already laggy, and continued to be laggy after, it has nothing to do with my totem. Everyone had been complaining about the lag for an hour.
