There's not much that can be done about that, since there's no way to "undo" a vote.

for a siteviews counter: topic-785209 tells you how to do it, guessing that a flag counter will be similar
for the online status, i'm guessing you mean like this?

Click on your username on the upper-right, next to the log out button.
Click "My profile" on the drop-down menu.
On your profile page, click the gear in between your avatar and username.
Under "Profile" of the drop-down menu, click "Change avatar".

Make sure you choose an image file that is under 30kb.
