You've already listed them all in this post. There's moderators, sentinels, map crew and vote crew. There are other volunteer teams; the anti-hack brigade and module team, although these two aren't staff teams.

You'd need to understand a programming language that can connect to the game (through websockets or another method) fairly extensively, as well as different networking protocols and what the different packets Transformice sends mean, which changes constantly. If you don't already know a programming language that can do this it'll likely take you a lot of time to learn it and make it possible, and you wouldn't be able to create a Transformice tribe bot easily within the first several months.

No one knows yet, the function hasn't been added to the game. But it will be a lot.

Cheese.formice.com is a fan-made website that contains a leaderboard, maps, and a lot of other things. I don't think it updates regularly anymore, though.

On the forums or in-game? Which picture is it? Right now I see two bunnies in your avatar. In-game, you might need to log out and back in for it to change.
