CFM bot is down/not working because it has not been updated for some time now. The admin of the site CFM, Sourdough, has been MIA for a long time now so no one knows what will happen to CFM.

Is there any bots online and is there any website we can use instead of CFM, that can also apply tribe and has the same function with CFM?

Basically, the higher your karma is, the greater the probability a mod will look at your report. Think it as a way of a reliability system. Since mods get a lot of reports, the ones with the higher karma (having a record of reporting true offenses) tends to be more reliable thus they check on their reports more.

I used to know the name, but as I said it's now defunct. Linking it would be completely useless if I could remember because all you'll get is a 404 or a parked domain.
