Is there a way to disable emotes in BC? I'm a little frustrated with people that use them specifically to block views like they used to do with big blocks of text.

So I read that if people speak a different language in public, they get kicked? Except for in EN1? Why's that?
I'm in vanilla3, in EN1 and a bunch of people are speaking turkish and constantly addressing me but I have no idea what to do. Google translate is not accurate lol
They spoke english too, they're just choosing Turkish. So they can't get kicked for speaking turkish in public in just this server?
Why just this server?

EN1 is considered as an international server.

That depends.

If you mean ingame reports then you need to make sure a 2nd person in the room reports the user in question too, then it's a case of waiting for a moderator or arbiter to see it and deal with it, which could be almost instant or take up to about half an hour depending on how many are active at the time.

If you mean the forums, there's usually sentinels checking them all the time and reports can get dealt with very quickly, although forums aren't like real-time-chat so they can take several hours sometimes too.

Depends on how many mods are online and the type of the report.

Sometimes, randomly, people tell me, when I whisper them, that it shows up as [undefined] instead of the community I'm in (which is [EN]). I've noticed this happen with someone else. Why does it happen?

This happens when you're in an international room, editor or tribe house.

Najmm (AR CCM) stated that this problem has been reported, and will hopefully be fixed soon.

These things might be of influence:

• If you're using a VPN or Proxy you might have this problem.
• It's also possible the language of your Operating System (e.g. Windows) is causing your problem.

VPN/Proxy settings can be changed. As for Operating System language, this is harder and highly depends on what OS you use.

The timeout thing is a bug

Why am I put into the United States chat even though I am in Canada. Before about a month ago, every time I logged on I would be put into the Canadian chat, but now 50% of the time there's no chat and 50% of the time its the US chat. I am definitely using a Canadian IP, and I haven't made any changes to my network or computer settings.

How can I revert back to Canadian based setting?
(Also for buying fraises it is in USD and not CAD)

The autojoining of chats is purely based on IP location. Although I don't know what service A801 uses for this, I've asked and they haven't changed anything about their IP location. So, the cause for your transition from Canada to USA either reflects a change made by you (unlikely given your post), your ISP or the IP location service.

As for sometimes joining and sometimes not joining, this is easier to answer. Automatically joining channels is disabled as soon as 200 players are in the chat. At this point you won't join automatically, but you can still join manually using the /chat command. This has been done to avoid overpopulated rooms. Consider, for example, every BR or every TR joining the same chat.

I hope I've given you some clues as to how it works.
