Well. I did some research. Pathynnha is Modquack, who is a BR mod, but she is public on that account (see BR staff FAQ.
Maybe check the other names that are on that list -- Rodybrasil, Gecs, et cetera.

It seems completely pointless to me however.

It was literally just explained that they're testing power.
And yes, Pathynna is over eighteen, she's a moderator on her Modquack account. There is no such thing as a form of public staff under eighteen on any A801 game.

It depends on the severity of the situation. If you keep getting warned for the same thing, you'll eventually get muted. If they are for different reasons I guess it's more tangible but it depends whether or not the sentinel thinks a mute is justifiable.
