So I sent a contact form to Transformice about changing my email 'connected' to my account because it's wrong/not mine. I got a reply and they've asked me to provide information, which is pretty much asking me to prove that I own my account.

Two things on the list are:

I have no idea how to answer the first question. What does it exactly mean?
And I haven't bought any fraises recently (not since February, I think), so I don't exactly know how to answer that either.
Also, they've asked for my IP, and I'm a little concerned about giving it through email, but..

But, do I just reply to the email with the information they've asked for, or do I have to reply in some other way?

Yes, just reply with the information they asked for.

Your sanctions list is the list of the times that you have been muted or banned by a moderator. If you have never been muted or banned you can just say that you have no sanctions.

You just have to answer the questions as best you can. I've used the contact form to change my email before and I didn't remember the exact dates that I have bought fraises in the past so I just gave a rough estimation.

You don't have to worry about giving your IP, that is Zou's official email and she is the only one with access to it. She actually has access to that information so all she needs it for is to double check that it's the IP that most frequently logs into your account ^^

The image works fine for me.

What's happened is you've went to room madchess, which changes the style of your chat. There's a bug with it that doesn't change it back when you rejoin a Transformice room.

It seems to me that jackpot winners aren't getting the event consumables (Including roses) is it true?

I can't seem to log on. I tried the browser version and the downloaded one, and when I hit 'Submit' the login screen turns grey and you can just sit there for hours and nothing will happen.
