They are, but those accounts are used for anonymous members or new members being trained. Please do not try to contact them if you see them in-game.

Bug, but pressing E and pressing the confetti button both make the confetti motion, but no confetti appears.

About a month ago, I sent a contact form (via the website) requesting an email change. Zou replied a day later and asked me to send some information back to her. I did, but got no reply.
I sent another contact form, maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago, and I haven't got a reply to that.

I know they probably get a lot of messages every day. But Zou replied the next day when I sent the first contact form. I didn't hear back from her after sending the information (which kind of worries me, even though someone told me it was Zou's official email). And I haven't gotten any emails back after sending the second contact form.

I'd just like my email to be changed already. ;-;

Send another then. It probably got lost in the shuffle of other emails.
If you got a reply from Zou then it's 100% safe.

Have you checked your settings to see if you have the "Display particles effects" on or off? If it is unchecked you won't see the confetti.
