I've been working on MapPad a lot recently, the new update is taking more time than expected. Doing my best though! :S

Fxie, this is the most recent version at the moment, it has some bugs and doesn't include all new decoration items.

How to use the spacebar thing?

[Hold down the SPACE and click n' drag to move the map]

Use the middle mouse button(click on scroll wheel). If you don't have that, you can zoom out at least. If you don't have a scroll wheel either, it's time to get a new mouse.

It won't work on Mac. It might be usable with Windows emulation software such as Parallels, VMware etc.

Hold down the mousewheel button and move your mouse to move the map.

After my one-month break from Transformice I'm getting on pretty well with 0.69 - there's still a lot of work left to be done, though, and I don't want to rush an update just for the sake of it. It'd certainly be nice if I could manage to release the new version before Christmas, but I can't promise anything.

Since I can't edit the OP of this thread any more, I've decided to set up a tumblr blog/site on which I'll post releases or development updates every now and then. It's still being built up and lacking most of its content, though - updating MapPad my highest priority at the moment.

If possible can you maybe release this too for mac?

I may consider adding a curve tool for later versions, not for 0.69 though. My main goal for the next version will be keeping MapPad up-to-date (that is adding the new mechanism features) and improving performance.

I'm afraid a Mac version is not planned in the near future as it would require rewriting the entire application in another programming language (to my knowledge).

A mappad with curve + new mechanism tool will help us a lot :)
