guys i'm pretty sure that cuit is talking about Paint AS IN mspaint.exe AS IN the really old version of mspaint.
but feel free to correct me if i'm wrong because i probably am sigh

cuit, that program does not have transparency options. meaning you can't get a picture to be transparent.

you'll have to download a program which lets you make a picture transparent. for example, GIMP.

((remember, google is your friend!!)

paint.net is pretty good for pixles as well and it supports transparency
