We have absolutely no way to tell whether it was you or your brother who hacked. If a computer in your house has someone hacking, and they get caught, the account and the IP will be banned. You need to deal with this with your brother to avoid it happening again. Its best not to discuss how to evade bans on here, chances are it won't work and you may mess something up with your router/internet settings. Using a VPN is allowed but a bad idea, its incredibly slow and now you are logging on from the same place as many rulebreakers so the same problem happens again.

They moderate the forums, you can only become one if you send an application and meet the reqs..

When applications are open there'll be an announcement in this forum board, and you'll have to fill out this form to apply.

You don't need to be a sentinel to create a contest, you only need to ask one for permission.

You'll need to ask one yourself. Sentinels have green names on the forums, so you can tell who is one. The second post in this thread has a lot of information about sentinels, including who is one, and how to contact them.

You can contact any of the Sentinels by visiting the channel #tfmsents on the IRC or sending an e-mail to transforsents@gmail.com. Alternatively, if you happen to catch one in game, feel free to whisper them. You can check if any Sentinels are online in your community by typing "/c cfmbot sentinels" in chat.

Are all mods English over American?

Because I'm dead serious here I rarely ever see mods online, and yet the OP says almost all of them are active.

The OP means that they are free to play the game, and not away. There are currently none online atm.

I'm pretty sure the OP does not mean they have spare time to play or not, or else a lot of these people would be put as "inactive" already, and yes I know there are no mods online.

Not really. Location might play a small factor in hiring mods, because some time zones might need mods more than others, but I don't think one would be chosen over someone else just because of their nationality. Some of ENs mods aren't even British or American. :p Also keep in mind that the mods listed in the first post may not be as active on their public accounts, but work more often from secret accounts that aren't listed with /mod. Some just prefer to take care of /report reports over whispers, so they don't use their public accounts as much.
