This can get very laggy, i might possibly help mice get cheese, and it could used for 'firsts' its just like cheating in a laggy way. i'm sorry.

Using a button won't make you lag, like really??

Still, cheats could be made to keep the "energy bar" at high if there WAS a sprint option.
It'll make gameplay unfair too.

This is unrealistic and unneeded. In real life mice don't really 'sprint', they skitter.
