Chapter 4: Sole Survivors

All the humice suddenly noticed 2 more humice that jumped out the window.
"Oof, that's gonna leave a scar." one of the humice said.
"Are you okay?" asked Renisha.
"Don't worry, I'm more than okay. Who are you, scavengers?"
"We are just humice that are gonna save this region from evil." Lillithia answered.
"I'm Hailey, this is Noell, Lillithia, Foxie J, Renisha and Shard. And you?" said Hailey in a suggestive manner.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Dave, and this is Samantha. She's a new student in that Shaman School."
"Wait, aren't you one of the teachers of the Shaman School?" Shard asked.
"Yep." answered Dave.
"Why did you just jump out? And what about Samantha?" he asked, while he sharpened his blade.
"We were chased by spirits. Thank god they were caught in the grass traps in the attic!" answered Samantha.
"Shh! More spirits are approaching!" Foxie J whispered.
Renisha's hair turned red. "GOTTA STOP THESE SCAVENGERS!" She pulled out her bow and shot out a fiery arrow.
"Great," said Noell. "now to put a minor curse."
"WAIT! Gotta slay that sucker down!" Shard shouted and slashed down the burning creature.
"Can I join the adventure with you?" asked Dave.
"Alright!" cheerfully answered Renisha, while her hair turned yellow.
"Great. Let's go, Dave!" said Samantha.

P.S. For those who don't know who is Dave, he appeared in the original fanfic "The Humice".
P.S.S. Samantha was supposed to appear in the original fanfic too, but the story would mess up.

Sorry about inactivity, I'm busy and I get pretty rarely now in the forums...
But. The 5th chapter is coming soon ^_^

Shard stabbed a weak spirit. "What? My blade is a bit cursed now."

"Aw cram it." said Noell. "How about I should enchant demon's blade with a minor curse?"
"I'M NOT A DEMON!" Shard shouted and sobbed.

"Okay, don't cry, Shard. You kind of look like a demon, but at least you're nice." Lillithia said.
"Thanks, Lilli. Now I feel better now." said Shard and smiled.

The chapter is now supposed to be a bit longer than the others.

Chapter 5: Unexpected "Meestery"

"Gah! Help!" Dave shouted. Apparently he was caught by a couple of spirits.
"EAT GRASS!" Hailey cried out and made grass traps.
But between these spirits there was another mysterious humouse.
Samantha glared at it. "Meester? I-is that you?" Samantha asked. "Why did you join the dark side? I-I've heard the Mishinotaku... made.. you a good person." She sobbed.
"I was actually trying to slay the spirits, Samantha," answered Meester. He had a blade that was similiar to Shard's and black fur just like Shard.
"Let me help you." said Noell and tried to put on a minor curse. But it was ineffective.
"Aw cram it. How about I should enchant demon's blade with a minor curse?"
"I'M NOT A DEMON!" Shard shouted and sobbed.
Renisha groaned. "Minor curses? They don't help, unless the target is a weak baby spirit."
"Okay, don't cry, Shard. You may look like a demon, but at least you're nice." Lillithia calmed down Shard.
"Thanks, Lilli. Now I feel better now." Shard said and smiled. He gave his blade to Noell. She enchanted the blade.
"Thanks. But PLEASE don't call me a demon. It hurts." Shard said.
"Let's go," said Foxie J. "but at first let's free Dave and kill the spirits."
One of the spirits released.... a weak spirit.
Shard slayed it. "What? My blade is a bit cursed now."
Noell scoffed. "Nevermind." She removed the curse.
The first spirit was shot down by Foxie J, the other one is punched down by Lillithia.
"Thanks, guys. Never thought that you would be so strong. If I would fight those spirits, I would die instantly." Dave said.
"You're welcome. The Enlighted Force is with me and my allies forever." Lillithia shared powers with Samantha.
Meester said: "Dave, I should give you my blade. Even though it's a bit weak, it's still enough. At least you can slay some spirits with it." He smiled.
"Thank you. Never thought you would be nice to me."
Everyone hugged Meester, except Foxie J.
"Hey, don't waste time, mates! Let's go forth to the victory!"
"May The Enlighted Force will be with us!" Lillithia said.
"To the glory of enlightment!" everyone shouted at once.
