Like many others said, it could be very difficult to moderate, and there are also many others voice-chat websites out there, such as Skype. Also, it is easy for people to fake their age and gain access to it by pretending to be at least 13 years old when in reality, they could be younger. If you join a very crowded room, 20+ mice or so,and everyone is voice-chatting, imagine how hard it would be to listen to every single person chatting at once. I know it was mentioned as an option to turn it on/off, but like /silence, would it reset every time you log off? It's quite easy to accidentally forget about it, then stray into a crowded room and boom. R.I.P headphone users. It would also be a good way for people to scream at the top of their lungs just to hurt people's ears. Simply having a chat box and being able to chat live with other users is enough.

Personally I disagree. There is the obvious problem of language barriers in the more international community, there are bound to be performance issues and there are bound to be a lot of people you don't want to talk to. Those you do want to talk to, you most likely have added on skype or some other (web-based) calling tool, so why not use that?
