/shooting, remove chat balloons

"/nosouris :Changes your mouse color into default when you're a guest."
It also removes introductory dialogues, showing you where your mouse is and who shaman is etc.

Also here's a better shot of /ranking.

The downside is I think this is actually from a private server, since there was never a mod named Form. Don't know how you feel about that.

/nosouris is really a useless command now, it doesn't remove tutorial dialogue and all it does is remove the white color on your guest mouse
