Yes, let me use the drawing tool and become the Picasso of the 21st century when I want to draw my mouse on a map in the two minute countdown.

As useless as this is, I'd like to see it replace the graffiti consumable (as long as the portrait is a wanted poster, as Error_404 suggested). This visual idea is good enough to be supported.
