You guys are really risking it, buying Valentine chests... I got scammed once, I am not buying another until my problem is solved.

The admins are aware of the issue that some players aren't receiving rewards upon buying chests. This happened with some players during the Christmas event too! They will look further into it to see what could be wrong. From my personal experience, they mostly work and I have never came across any issues with chests (I've bought like 8 Valentine's chests so far and finished the collection).

In the meantime, Meli has provided the available rewards for the Valentine's chest when I talked with Barber about this problem.

Was there any talk of a refund? I have tickets enough to buy a new Valentine's chest but, you know what they say, you fool me one, the joke's on you, you fool me twice... The joke's on me.

Yeah that one is a bit of an odd one. It is technically a reward for both Armageddon 2018 and Valentines 2018. Honestly I was never sure if it was a bug or if they did that on purpose. Either way I left it in just in case.

Ah well.... it's easier to get the orb from a valentines chest than risk trying to get it from the global event chests!

Oh for sure! Unless you already have a lot of prizes from discontinued events (back to school, bastille day, the raining event), the pool of potential prizes is a whole lot smaller for the Valentines chest.
There's still a possibility that you'll get titles from the Valentines chest, especially if you don't already have a lot of Valentines titles. But the amount of other things you could win is still a lot smaller than what it'd be in a global chest ^-^

i see your registration date, so let me ask, have you played during the halloween 2013 event or carnival 2014 event?
you get the halloween 2012/2013 titles by participating in the event during that time, same goes for carnival 2014.

I stopped playing TFM from January 2013 to May 2014, so I missed several events. Since then, I have won every reward. I know that is almost impossible to win those titles, but I'm free to cry a little xDD.

I am an idiot. I did not know that the chest goes into your inventory and you have to USE it to get the reward, I thought it opened automatically. There is no bug. Buy the chests without worry.
