I personally don't consider you an enemy now that you're not hopelessly clinging to an overlord position. Yes, you may submit maps. Even if I did consider you an enemy, our job is to help mapmakers, no matter who. We would be obliged to review anyway.

Also, I finally found an applicant who wrote a nice review; I hope the others agree. There may be more later.

Love the mechanical part of this map, very fun and nice to look at, a few suggestions though.
First off I dont see what a polar bear is doing in the middle of a cold winter place with a toy train.
I think you should change some things, first off, make the bear brown, not white, as if it was a normal bear, and secondly, change the background to a light blue one. Using the backgrounds in "mice stuff."
Or use the daylight setting. :P

Second, maybe you should add a bit more detail into the bear such as shading, to know where to put shading, imagine throwing a bucket of paint onto the bear, the bits of the bear with no paint, is where you should add the darker shadows. (I know its weird but it works! ^^)

Lastly, change the snow grounds to wood or stone.
Now the map will look more child friendly, like a kids room! ^^ Maybe also add the fishing poster somewhere, just to make it look like a kids room. Now the train fits nicely with the bear and the background!

I have a feeling that Fxie's application got refused because she probably went all generic on it.
