I believe the current plan is to open it up to /election and have the 12 year old horde handle the voting.

If you think that you are banned unfairly, you can check the third tab. (Ban/mute appeal). This way you can discuss your ban with the Moderators, they don't ban if there are no reasons.

I am 19, and I filled in the form. Does it take time? Because I sent it about last week or so. But I can wait, I'm not unpatient.

I'm going to go ahead and assume you mean the staff applications?
If so; Once the applications close (In this case, June 15th), the staff will go through the applications and review them, picking out those who they feel are qualified for the position. They'll make an announcement when they send out the messages to the people they chose. If you end up with a message from them, you're in. If not, you're not.

Summed up pretty accurately. With that being said it could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Depending how many applicants there are and how long it takes us to get through each of them. It's a very long and delicate process picking the best candidates for the team ^^
