The map looks fine , here are some suggestions:

1 Add a roof , because you can pass easyto the cheese by climbing up the grass ground.

2 The red arrow , remove that ice ground , it's inutile.

3 The black arrow align the right grass ground on it.

4 Remove some of the decorations.

With thos changes the map should look better neater and well executed.

Character is a factor of hiring staff members. People who are immature or rude may have perfect map reviews and a well-written application, but they still won't be hired.

For me, the most important thing is willingness and determination to make maps better. I would reject a high-profile applicant [For example, someone with 20 of each category of higher perms] if that person seems more interested in judging whether maps are good, than helping the other mapmakers iron out the things in their maps.

I also like people who are very detailed in explaining things. A while ago I showed a map I made to someone, and all he said is "You should make it neater". You can imagine I almost threw up in disgust. No explanation on what things should be neater? Not any word on HOW to go about it? Our goal here, again, is to help other mapmakers get better, so people who point out definite details have a major advantage for me.

I also look at English proficiency skills. I prefer someone who's able to properly communicate their ideas into words. Without these skills, effective communication of what needs to be done in the map is either done faultily, or with clarification issues. And it doesn't look pleasing to read.

Maturity was never a requirement for our group. I didn't bother to ask what age people were, since it might be embarassing for some to be playing a kiddie game despite being in their 30's or something. I find many members in our group to have a pleasing personality, but some others seem to have bad attitude issues. I know *I* have those. But that doesn't stop me from giving an effective review.
