Nope

I don't think that admins told us if they are permanent or not, but let's say there's a summer event, you don't expect a reindeer to come out as a prize, do you? NOT SURE ABOUT THIS, but I don't really think they're permanent. (Perhaps they will come in next year's Christmas event) Maybe they would do new pets in different events?
Like for Easter, a bunny pet, for summer a fish pet, who knows?

I don't think they were talking about reindeers in that way, I think they were just talking about a one time use.

Maybe this is already asked (excuse me if so), but when will we finally be able to change our names?? This name is from 4 years ago or something, and I'd really like it if I could change it. I know for a fact that this has been requested a lot, and last year there were rumors that it would be added soon, but it didn't so, when? :\

its supposed to be coming by the end of the year

when you hover over event badges on your profile, the tooltip now shows only the event they were gotten from, instead of showing the year as well. is that intentional?

It's probably because when you hovered over the new Halloween badges it said nothing on them
So they fixed that

well i'm guessing they broke the year when the badge appeared so its not exactly a fix
