If you want to appeal your ban, you need to follow the steps in the Ban/Mute Appeals tab, which can be found on the first page in this thread.
However, if you did hack and you're admitting to it, you will likely have to just serve your time. ):

She's a moderator because she applied to become staff, trained, and made it through her probation.

If you have issues with her you're free to send a message to admins.

I'm making a public statement, even since now i've always preferred facing the moderation staff in private because the situation it's not bearable anymore. We're sometimes forced to switch server because of the hackers that roams freely since MONTHS and the insults on a daily basis.

I hope i could get this time a response, even if not public at least in private. I think that all the IT players deserve a little consideration.

Sorry if this is a double post but I've an additional question for the staff.
We know 100% sure that there is a player that is asking other players for their password (for helping them with firsts) after having the password he's using both tor+a fly hack for having them banned from the game. I know that if shating password is not raccommended blabla, but if possible I'd like to discuss it with a nice and gentle mod for a solution because this is getting a thing in our server and many players are banned right now.

While I can already tell you that those hack bans will not be removed, asking someone for their password is not permitted. If you notice someone doing this in public chat, report them. If they use whispers, try and contact a mod and see if they can temporarily park an alt in the room it's happening in. If the guy takes the bait and asks a mod, even on an alt, for their password, they will get sanctioned.

You aren't actually banned for an hour, but for more.
