If you mean turning them off as in making them invisible, you can't.

If you mean turning off the bubbles that appear when you die, click the gear icon and disable particle effects. Note that this will disable all particle effects, such as fireworks and the hearts that appear when you go into the hole, etc.

This is a bug, and has already been reported here. :)

lately ive been having a glitch where if someone enters the tribe house, it doesnt come up for me unless i reload and it's a little annoying?

The maps that are really long (length wise) don't show up fully in the tribe house nor in my utility. Idk what happened to the rest of the map.

How do i know if i'm in a server (Can't tell if im in En/En 2)

I don't know about the 2, its been like that.

when you log onto e2 the flag in the corner has a 2, otherwise it will show as your native country if you're in an english-speaking country (ie: canada, usa, uk), otherwise it shows the union jack flag
