this being said, if you leave a comment about what kind of hack it is, the report is more appealing to check. For example if there is a instawin hacker, put that in the comment box, that makes me, personally, more likely to choose the report

The issue I see here is not everyone know the names/types of hacks. Do you think making a guide would be smart? ("How to be a better reporter")

I have recurring trouble logging in. When I enter my login details (correctly) I get a grey login screen. After waiting a while I get the message - The connection to the server has been interrupted :'(

I've tried clearing my cache/history as well as tried 2 different browsers and playing from steam. Playing as Guest does not work either. I get the same result. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Maybe your internet is actually not working. Have you checked that?

I wish success to the newly elected 4 of our friends. 2 people have already been chosen, always adding a new task for themselves the chosen people. Again why is it always those selected are they selected?

I'm currently trying to host a tournament for the Italian community (I already asked A sent for the permission, so i think I'm ok I guess). For this time I'm already providing some prize.
Many players are asking me, if the tournament has a positive feedback, to try to make more of them.
Obviously if it comes up nicely I'd be likely to manage some other tournament or something to make the game somehow enjoyable, which is the same thing that happens in other servers.
What i'm asking is if there's a slightly chance for the next tournament, as for other servers some cheese code to give as prize, as I''ve seen in other servers (like DE) this is already a thing. Or if there is a specific procedure for having those codesor if only the staff have access to them.

Usually cheese codes are only available for official staff-run contests, but if you manage to write up the OP of your contest post so we can see how it'd be ran, then the staff team can at least discuss it and get back to you.

Sort of. Just because someone has 15 karma and another has 3 karma doesn't mean that they wont believe the one with 3.
Regardless of how much karma you have, they check into it before taking action. Otherwise someone could spend a couple weeks making positive reports and then just falsely report anyone that makes them mad. (:

Mods don't just trust the reports basing on the Karma, as stated above there are a lot of factors. Ando also a ban is not given so easily, proofs are needed

It's not saying that you're not allowed to curse, because you are. What you're not allowed to do is use homophobic slurs in public chat.

That's can be discussed. Cursing can be OK. But in my language, italian, some curse against religion is "serious" while some omophobic insult are not (depending on the situation). I think every community should discuss with the staff about sanctions tbh

The word itself is a slur and you were clearly using it as an insult.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to discuss the rules or sanctions generally, in fact we would prefer players to ask about them if they are unsure about something. When it comes to personal sanctions, however, it is better off to discuss it with a staff member privately instead of publicly on the forums.

Please, i beg you to go further with the application for the italian server started by Rype we're practically submerged by hackers, in 30 minutes of play there have been at least 10 of them. I'ts impossible to play anymore with them and the chat unmanageable. We need a real staff. Not just 1 arb that can't handle the situation.
