There is this one person that I used to be friends with, but they're starting to creep me out a little bit. If I unfriend them and block them, since they have me on their friend list will they still see when I'm online? If so, is there anyway to stop this from happening? Thanks!

They will still see that you're online. There is no way to prevent this since anyone can use the /profile command. However, when you remove them they will no longer be able to see what room you're in and if you add them to your ignore list they won't be able to whisper you.

Edit: Also, you will still appear on their friends list with their other online friends, just without the information that goes next to your name when you've added someone back.
