It looks like a job ad. They seem to be looking for a new CCM I believe. I'm not French so I could be wrong.

So Atelier is recruiting more CM? I don't necessarily think that Zou might be replaced. She is doing quite a job after all

They could simply be hiring someone that is going to help Zou. After all, the stuff she has to do all by herself is simply too much for one person. There is no reason to assume from that ad that she's being replaced or that she's leaving.

There used to be four if you remember. Sydoline, Galaktine, Vanlu (TR), and Kura (ES). It is too much work for two people still, so it's pretty likely they're just adding another CCM. There are 2, but Galaktine handles only the BR community, which is the biggest community on TFM by far.
