Directly from the web page's CSS (the styling of the forums)

body {
font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;
}

This basically means that its first choice of font is "Helvetica Neue", if you don't have that installed it'll use "Helvetica", if you don't have that it'll use "Arial", and if you don't have that it'll fall back to whichever default sans-serif font you have which depends on your operating system (Verdana, Arial, Open Sans, Segoe UI, etc.).

- The video is not permitted to be embedded
- The video is blocked due to copyright grounds
- The video may be filtered due to content/title

My friend is having trouble with the new forums. She can't post, edit or change her profile picture. For her, it keeps on saying "Information The page has timed out. Please try again." How do you fix this problem?

It's a bug and admins are trying to fix it. I don't know if there is a way to fix it on your side other than maybe clearing cache and cookies

yes this was a hacker, and some people got banned just for going in the hole even if they werent spawning the clouds

Server maintenance, nothing new to the game. If it isn't announced here or here , then it's a hack patch, something for the staff, or minor patch.
