What makes you think there is only 1 arb?

The fact that if there is more than 1 player moderatnig the game they're doing absolutely nothing to be honest so i'm hoping that the staff in the last months was totally absent. I know that we've already gone trough apps but as far as i can see it's like thare is absolutely no more than 1, maybe 2 active staff members are struggling to manage a situation that it's clearly impossible to handle in small numbers, or they're not doing their job properly. ,
I repeat myself, we need active staff, it's impossible to play in the last period (and as period i'm talking about last 3-4 months). I'm writing now with an explosion of rage, and i'm sorry about that, but it is because the situation is ridicolous.

As said to our moderator, i'd suggest you to talk with the actual staff to see if everything is going properly, and review how the actual and past staff behaved since the opening of the server.

By now the Italian server is decaying in a void that is difficult to overcome because of the absence of Ita staff , a staff who does its job well because of the hackers who cheats and have fun hack and uses dynamic ip to come back , I as Italian player wish to see more attention for our server because I do not want to end up like many players including older ones which avoid our server, that is made ​​for our enjoiment , If there were an active IT staff and very careful about the rules that will help us in difficult times that now we are facing and this could also lead to the migration of our community in other servers , I hope that will solve these problems as soon as possible , thank you for reading.

I'm sorry to hear that hackers are bothering you, but I promise you that all staff members do everything they can to deal with as many reports as possible. Unfortunately there are never enough ears and eyes which means we cannot be everywhere at the same time. Using the /report feature will be your best option in this case since all online moderators will be able to view your report, which means you have more chance of your report being handled compared to whispering one single moderator.

We are also currently working on an improved way to handle staff applications, which will probably also include IT staff applications. However, as far as I know IT staff applications never have closed. So if you know anyone that is interested in becoming IT staff, refer them to the thread you linked earlier and let them follow the instructions.

Not only that, as i said in another topic, is the behaviour of a group of players that is bothering the rest of us, being able to insult everyone on a daily basis, for MONTHS, without never being at least warned is a clear symptom that something is not working properly.

Well have you ever tried ignoring this group of players? Waiting for the moderation team to take action is one thing, taking action yourself is another. Clearly if these players only come on to insult everyone, they don't have anything useful to say so you won't have to worry about missing something important whenever you ignore them. Ignoring them means you stop giving them attention, which is why they insult people in the first place. By ignoring them you then won't be bothered by their insults anymore. Whether or not they are receiving a sanction is then a different matter.

Expecting staff to be in your room everytime or all the time is a utopia. By using the tools you already have more appropriately, you will help us as much as you will help yourself.

Edit: I'd also like to add that most of our moderation work is done invisibly and anonymously, to promote effectivity. The fact you don't see anything, does not mean we are not there or we did not see your report.

Ehm, this isn't my conversation, but if someone is being harassed/insulted via public chat, it makes the general air uncomfortable for others as well as the users in question who are being harassed. I don't think the people involved should be just placed on ignore when it can effect the entire community of that room.

My point is that since it can take some time before a report is handled, putting someone on ignore is the easier and (most of the time) more effective solution rather than doing nothing and letting things escalate just because a moderator can't be there instantly.

I understand that, but if it is actually taking the time that Ifrancesco cited, then I think moderation needs a restructuring. I understand the concept of staff being busy, but if these users have supposedly been harassing the group of players for multiple months then something is indeed wrong with the system.

^ that, also it's impossible to Impose 50 person to ignore 5 other players, because there will always be the one who will lose his temper and respond harsly, causing a flame or worse, it's not the right way to do it, also having those person constantly hacking without being punished it's another issue, the only time they've received a ban was because I called both Jacob7 and Flip.
It's a continous whispering to mods, because the chat is pure chaos. And the usual answer is we have is "nobody that understands italian atm, sorry".
I'm sorry to say this, but if you see somebody constantly behaving this way is just because the staff is not working the way it should. I know how mutes and bans are done by Arbs, you should know that. I' not interested in having the actual staff fired or else, at least i want them to be online.
Not always, but at least sometimes.

You can see who the italian arbs are and you should also see if i'm correct or not by saying that almost all of them are never online.

Problem is, we don't have any of them. We have arbs that doesn't connect for a month, popping up one day for an hour and then disappear another month.
This is our staff right now.

We should have somebody that should help us, instead we a group of ghosts.

As for me, thanks for the answer, Either way, I'd suggest you to put the current staff on review, to see if they're at least logging every now and them.

Sadly the situation is the one described above. We're left alone without any help from the staff. Most of us are really disappointed by the staff, which is nowhere to be found after a first period of huge (and incoherent) activity

I wouldn't be inclined to tolerate something like that from anyone, least of all a moderator. A moderator should conduct his or herself well and this is clearly not the case here.

Another example of something that amazed me and was done by moderators is when I was getting muted, and there were hackers in the room. Surprisingly, the moderator had enough time to mute me but not enough time to ban the hackers. Good job mods, 11/10.

Trolling is indeed part of the game, and moderators are people and if they feel like trolling why not, I've been excanging trolling with some mods i know, and that adds more fun.

"Lixo" is used more as a joke than a serious insult for EN, and even on the BR server it's not considered an insult.
Y'all are really grasping at straws here.

There's information on how to report a mod in the first post if you feel so obliged to though.
